Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun has commended senior national team teammate and Chelsea wing back Victor Moses on his superb run of form which has seen him scoop three man of the match awards in his last four games in the English Premier League.
In a twitter post yesterday, the FC Mainz centre back requested the former Wigan Athletic player to 'keep on shining' as the season progresses into the massively important periods.
"What a goal yet again by Victor Moses for Chelsea, keep on shining my brother." The Bundesliga player who was part of Nigeria's team that defeated Algeria in Uyo after a recovery from injury said.
Meanwhile, Moses leads the November shortlist for the Premier League's African Player of the Month award which comes up in few days' time.
But Tottenham's Kenyan midfield maestro Victor Wanyama and Victor Anichebe are hot on the heels of namesake Moses.
Victor Moses has shone in his new role as right wing-back with table-topping Chelsea, scooping two-man of the match awards and scoring three goals in his best-ever spell at Stamford Bridge.
Nigeria striker Anichebe, who has been plagued with injury and poor form in recent years, has settled down at Sunderland so much so his deserved entry into the shortlist for the first time since the Award was formed two-and-a-half seasons ago.
