Finish the job – US president Trump fires back at Rapinoe

President Donald Trump has hit back at Megan Rapinoe after the United States captain said she would turn down an invitation to the White House if her side won the Women's World Cup. Rapinoe scored two penalties against Spain on Monday to send reigning champions USA through to the quarter-finals at the showpiece event. The 33-year-old later told reporters that she's "not going to the f****** White House" if USA retain their title in France. And Trump, who revealed the USA team will be invited to attend a visit to the White House whether they are successful or not, has now responded to Rapinoe's claim in a series of tweets posted on his official Twitter feed on Wednesday. "Women's soccer player, @mPinoe, just stated that she is 'not going to the F...ing White House if we win,'" Trump tweeted. "I am a big fan of the American Team, and Women's Soccer, but Megan should WIN first before she TALKS! Finish the job!

The Africa Cup of Nations will be played from June 21 to July 19 in Egypt. "We have to work hard," Franco-German coach Rohr said at his team's training camp in the southern Nigerian town of Asaba. "We have to be fit because only the fittest team have the chance to win the Nations Cup." Three-time champions Nigeria are staging a return to the Africa Cup of Nations after they failed to qualify for the last tournaments. "It will be very hot and there will be more games (with the expanded format of the tournament) to be played after a tough, long season for many of the players," he added. "And so we have to be fit, we want to be ready.” Nigeria are drawn in Group D, along debutants Burundi and Madagascar as well as Guinea. Rohr, who qualified

Luis Garcia: Pressure is on Liverpool, but Spurs are inexperienced

Luis Garcia believes Liverpool are under more pressure in the Champions League final, but feels their experience may also help against Tottenham. Jurgen Klopp's side are in the decider for the second straight season, facing Spurs on Saturday a year after losing to Real Madrid. Liverpool also secured 97 points in the Premier League this campaign, but fell short to Manchester City in an incredible title race. Luis Garcia helped the club win the Champions League in 2005 and told Omnisport: "Always arriving or approaching the game as the favourites gives you the extra pressure that you don't need. And the players, they know exactly what it is to feel that they have to win a competition. "They almost done it last year, they almost done it this year with the Premier League. And they are back in the final. That's a lot of pressure. "They know a massive fan base is behind them, supporting them, but also expecting them to win, so that's a
